Raw material properties
1. Wool is a natural protein fiber with complex physical and chemical properties
It has a soft feel, a strong texture, good elasticity and warmth retention, and a natural and soft luster. The limiting oxygen index of wool is about 25%, the lightning is 570-600℃, and the maximum combustion temperature is 180℃. It is a natural flame-retardant fiber. It will not melt or drip when it burns, and the foam produced is very thick and has good insulation. The moisture regain of wool is high. The relative humidity is 60%, the nitrogen content is 15-16%, and the sulfur content is 3-4¥. The higher nitrogen content makes it have higher flame retardancy.

2. Aramid includes meta aramid and para aramid 
It has good heat resistance and combustion resistance.The limiting oxygen index is 28%, it can withstand a temperature of 300 degrees, and it will not start to carbonize until it exceeds 400 degrees. It has high strength. It has good thermal insulation performance and is currently widely used in firefighting suits and high-end tooling fields. In the future, as people's awareness of safety protection increases. Aramid fabrics will have a wider application.

3.Flame retardant viscose
Flame retardant viscose fiber made by adding flame retardant. Oxygen index is greater than 30, with good spinnability. It can withstand multiple washings and is a permanent flame retardant fiber with good hygroscopicity and a cotton-like feel. 4. Conductive fiber
