Create more durable, more efficient EMI
Resistant garments with 3ltex’s highly electro-conductive Fabrics. These patented fabrics consist of a blend of 3ltex stainless steel fibers and aramid fibers.
The added value of fabric is that it maintains low electrical resistance even after numerous washing cycles. This allows the production of protective garments that provide a long-lasting electromagnetic shielding performance and are comfortable to wear.

Meeting your objectives

> Lightweight
The fabric weighs approximately 260g/m² .
> EMI Shielding and flame retardant
The fabric consists of flame-retardant fibers combined with a high percentage of stainless steel fibers and an additional electro-conductive component.
> Highly conductive
In line with a very good electrical conductivity, the fabrics obtain an electromagnetic shielding performance of 50dB over a broad frequency range.
> Washable
The electrical resistance remains lower than 1 Ohm/square up to 30 washing cycles.

Metal Fiber Benefits and Use

High Conductivity and Superior Electrostatic Properties
Metal fibers as thin as 4 µm provide outstanding conductivity to efficiently dissipate electrostatic charges.
Comfortable to Wear and Use
The ultra-fine and ultra-soft fibers and yarns are perfectly integrated into the garment, maintaining a high level of comfort.
Outstanding Washing Characteristics
The characteristics and anti-static performance of the garments remain unchanged, even after numerous industrial washes.
Prevents Malfunctioning of Electrical Instruments
Dissipating ESD is essential to protect all types of electrical devices from being adversely affected by electrostatic charges.
Long Lifetime
Exceptional durability increases the lifetime of products incorporating these fibers.
